We have a rigorous selection process to ensure that we only hire the best talent. All of our monks have prior remote work experience and have great English. Our higher-tier monks have native-level English proficiency.

You would ultimately onboard, train, manage, and work directly with them just like working with any of your internal hires, but we’re here to help take care of the logistics such as payroll and benefits of your monk. Aside from that, we also help out in providing coaching and monitoring should there be performance issues/concerns raised to us by you. If you have any hesitations or you feel frustrated with your monk at any point, we’d be glad to source a replacement for you at no additional cost — trial period for the new monk included!

After the trial period, you have the option to work with your monk for a minimum of 20 hours or up to 40 hours per week based on your needs.

SwagMonks are role-based. When you hire a SwagMonk, they will be filling an open position in your company. SwagMonks are meant to be long-term hires! But should there any emergency arise, we are always open to helping on short term gigs.

Your monk is part of your nirvana team! But they are individual contractors/employees with SwagMonk, which means we take care of the logistics and technicalities of the engagement like payroll and all the legal documents. You onboard, train, manage, and work directly with them just like working with any of your internal hires.

A benefit of working with SwagMonk is we have a satisfaction guarantee. If at any point you feel frustrated with your monk or feel that your monk may no longer be a good fit, we find you a replacement monk for free

When you on board with SwagMonk, you get a trained and experienced individual to work upon your tasks from day one. On the first day a monk, will be assigned to you who will be start working on all the assigned task and you do not have to worry about any training of softwares, communication jargons or industry technicalities. This individual is already trained in your industry and experienced.

With SwagMonk, you will get not only single person but an entire team of professional monks who will work, manage and audit all of your work. The ‘monk’ will be dedicatedly working on your account and performing all of the assigned duties. The ‘Customer Success Monk’ is responsible for auditing daily work and making sure that the work gets done seamlessly. All the completed work by the virtual assistant will be first checked by CSM to ensure zero errors. The ‘Team Leader Monk’ will ensure that all the tasks happening have defined and detailed SOPs and checklists and he will be your regular contact to discuss regular progress and reporting.

Every monk at SwagMonk goes through 3 month training process. First month is the classroom training where the monklearns about the industry, technicalities, jargons and functioning. Here they also get mastery over all the tools and softwares used in the industry. Second month is ‘Buddy Up’ trainnig program because we know that just the theory is not enough, you need to see the action. During this period,your monk learns the practical work sitting near the person actually working and observes how actual work is done. This month is gaining the practical knowledge, under the supervision of trainer and the already working experienced print and promomonks, the apprentice start working on practical projects to gain experience on real life projects.
